I bet you only heard about Kegel as an exercise done by women who recently gave birth. Post-partum women do Kegel exercise to help tighten up their vaginas. This exercise is very effective because it helps strengthens the pubococcygeus (PB) muscle of women. But males also have the same pubococcygeus or more commonly known as the pelvic floor muscle. So Kegel exercise can also strengthen the male penis.
The pubococcygeus is a hammock-like muscle that stretches from the tail bone up to the pubic bone. It supports the pelvic organ and it helps in sphincter muscle functions. Doing Kegel exercise therefore also helps a man fortify the said pelvic floor muscle. And while it doesn’t directly increase the male penis’ length, Kegel exercise improves the general health, girth, and hardness of the male penis.
Kegel exercise also helps males achieve longer erection so their sexual partners will appreciate them more. Doing this exercise has many benefits but if you don’t know how to do it, try this trick: When you are urinating, stop your pee in mid-flow. If you can do that then you can easily do the Kegel exercise. The pelvic floor muscle or the pubococcygeus muscle is the muscle that you used to stop urinating!
If you can’t do that first trick, try tightening up your anus. The pelvic floor muscle also controls the relaxation or tightening up of the anus. If you can now do this tighten/relax trick, you are ready to Kegel.
Tighen up your anus and keep it that way as long as you can. Most people can only hold it for a 2 or 3 seconds but practice will help you maintain a tightened up pelvic floor muscle for 5 seconds or more.
- If you can’t hold it anymore, release the squeeze and relax your pelvic floor muscle. If you were able to hold it for more than 3 seconds then you are doing well.
- Tighten up your pelvic floor muscle again and hold it for another 2 or 3 seconds. Release and relax. Breathe normally and don’t tense up.
- Keep repeating these steps and try to hold the pelvic floor muscle longer each round. The ideal time is 10 seconds.
- Do this Kegel exercise every day to improve your penis health. You can do it everywhere and anytime. You can even do it while jogging or driving.
Another benefit of Kegel exercise is that it helps males prevent premature ejaculation. Keep your wife and girlfriend happy and satisfied, master the art of Kegel and you will never ever suffer any premature ejaculation. Just remember to relax the pelvic floor muscle when having sex, do not be in tight-anus status while pumping in and out because it will quickly drain away the strength of the pelvic floor muscle!
You should only tighten up your pelvic floor muscle during sex exactly on the point where you are about to ejaculate. To do this successfully, you should be able to hold a tight Kegel contraction for 10 seconds or more. Stop pumping and concentrate on this tight-squeeze hold, tell your partner you are trying to stop your ejaculation and hopefully, she will cooperate too and stop further stimulating your penis.
Once the desire to ejaculate passes away, you may release the tight Kegel hold and continue having more rounds of sex. If you faithfully did the Kegel exercise for one month or more then you should be able to do this amazing trick. You can give your partner, multiple orgasms and she will love you more for it!
